On Wednesday 26th February, Year 9 students from classes 9R, 9X, and 9Z embarked on an exciting Adventure Day at Spencer Park as part of the Peer Support programme at Kaiapoi High School. Despite an overcast start and a light drizzle, spirits remained high as students took part in a series of fun and engaging activities.

Supervising the day were 29 Peer Support leaders from Years 12 and 13, who showed outstanding leadership and teamwork. Their ability to run the activities independently, without the need for teacher intervention, was impressive. Their efforts helped make the day a huge success, fostering friendships and strengthening class connections.

A special thank you goes out to the staff and Peer Support leaders who dedicated their time and energy to ensure the event ran smoothly.
