Level 2 Digital Technology is a full year option course.

This course builds on from the Level 1 Digital Technology course and has the expectation that students already have a high level of computer literacy and design. This course enables students to achieve credits towards NCEA Level 2 as well as the National Certificate of Computing Level 2.

This course encompasses the following Digital Technology strands:

• Digital Information - Wordprocessing, spreadsheets, database and presentations.
• Digital Media - Web design and desktop publishing.
• Digital Infrastructure - Data management and protection.
• Digital Programming - Software development.
