School Fees 2013

Invoices for school fees were mailed out in February.  Subject fees are due by 18^th April.  Fees for activities such as camps and trips must be paid in full before departure date.  NZQA fees for senior students will be invoiced later in the year and need to be paid by 30^th August.

The school donation is a voluntary component, which supports sporting, cultural and recreational activities of our students and assists the school to continue providing further resources beyond those covered by Government funding.

Thank you to all parents who have paid the school fees, or have commenced regular payments.

Automatic payments and direct credits are welcomed.  If choosing to spread the cost across several instalments, please ensure the amount and frequency of your payment plan is sufficient to clear the total owed by the end of the year.  Please quote your student’s name and number as a reference on APs or internet payments.  Thank you.

Unpaid amounts are carried forward to the following year and may affect subject selection for certain options.  Overdue accounts remaining unpaid when a student leaves KHS will be referred to a Debt Collection Agency.
